Yeah The article is quite fascinating and I spoke to it about my athlete friends in college and most of the jocks agreed that creatine supplements really do wonders for their performance… and all the body builders at my gym also admit taking creatine supplements…I am still a junior grader so I don’t go for any supplements but creatine seems to be really popular with the jocks…
